Initially unsure of the type of dress she wanted, Cooper worked closely with her stylist, Mimi Cuttrell, to find the perfect gown. After coming across the “Nina” design by Danielle Frankel on Pinterest, Cooper immediately knew it was the one. The custom gown, which costs $7,990, featured a straight neckline and a modified bodice, exuding confidence, sexiness, elegance, and timelessness all at once.
Apart from her wedding gown, Cooper wowed in multiple other looks throughout her wedding weekend. She dazzled in an embroidered vintage Donna Karan dress and another pearl-covered creation by Danielle Frankel worth $12,500. However, the true showstopper was the spring 2003 Alexander McQueen reception dress. Cooper described the silk chiffon dress with a long scarf and an asymmetrical hem as one of the most beautiful dresses she has ever worn in her life. The reaction from everyone in the room was pure awe and admiration, solidifying the dress’s status as a standout piece in her wardrobe.
The couple’s love story began in 2020 when they met on a Zoom call, leading to their engagement in spring 2023. Cooper affectionately referred to Kaplan as “Sexy Mr. Zoom Man” on her podcast until he popped the question.
